Merry Christmas {Eve}

I have never understood the notion of being sad for Christmas.  With all of the lights, traditions, and fun things to do how could anyone be sad.  This year I feel Christmas is kind of forced.  The first Christmas that we as a family are away from our larger family.  Away from pinatas, Santa, cousins, cookie making, and traditions that are grounded in Boise.
Say a prayer for us because this years Christmas activities include; getting snow tires on, completing MBA prerequisite classes on statistics and spreadsheets, and eating pot stickers.  True story, as Clara would say!
Every year I swear that we need to cut back on all the "activities" and focus on the true meaning of Christmas.  Well I guess this will be the year.

Here are some pictures from our Boise activities...

The Outtakes:  If ever you think it is easy to get four kids in a single picture, looking at the camera, and smiling.  Think again.

Remember that commercial where the dad sees his grown kids as little?  He asks the little boy "where you going?" and the boy says "work!"  Yeah that was a really long explanation for a single picture. I think Clara is swinging by Starbucks on her way to drop the kids off at soccer.

All tuckered out... Sisters.
